February Flatlay Challenge - Flatlay a Day For 28 Days! ❤ DAY 1

This is a BIG flatlay of a lot of little stuff.  I call this one the "Where's Waldo" of Flatlays.

Whew! I've got just a few minutes to get this post published and there's so much I want to share! But you know, this challenge is 28 days long, I think I'll be okay. 😊

I love the BIG flatlays, because you can get so many individual images from one "layout".  A lot!  Mine is 24"×24".

So first, this is a challenge to myself. To see how much I can grow as a photographer, a a designer, a teacher and as an entrepreneur in the month of February.

This is an even tighter shot.  One of just many images I was able to get from my crafty flatlay!

My goals are to become a more skilled photographer, to be more organized, confident and consistent in my work and my day to day life.

Dana, my biz bestie gave me several of these gorgeous vintage rusty safety pins.  They are so cool!  And all of the delightful little dishes are AZ and Airalee.  I am in love with her work! ❤

A flatlay photo is one that you’re shooting items from directly above. Usually those items will be arranged or styled on a flat surface.  More to come . . .
